ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.Ganapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the lands in S.Nos.173/10 and 174/1 stand in the name of private persons. However, in FMB sketch, dot lines are shown, i.e. watercourse. On instructions, he submits that survey would be conducted now and based on the survey report, further steps would be undertaken.

3. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
