This application is presented by defendants 5 to 8 in the suit. The relief claimed is to transpose them as plaintiffs 3 to 6 in the suit.

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that he has no objection to defendants 5 to 8 being transposed as plaintiffs 3 to 6. The other defendants have not filed a counter to oppose this application.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, the applicants state that they are supporting the plaintiffs' case and seek transposition so as to avoid embarrassment in course of trial.

4. Upon considering the above submissions, this application is liable to be and is allowed as prayed for. The plaintiffs are directed to carry out necessary amendments in the plaint on or before 03.01.2023 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants.
