Na.Ka.D2/Ma.Mu.12/2024 dated 02.07.2024 and further confirmed by the 3rd Respondent in Rc.No.10500214/AP.I(1)/2025 dated 29.08.2025 quash the same and direct the Respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Inspector of Police by including his name in the panel of Sub-Inspector of Police for the panel year 2024-2025 and promote him as such with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
