ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue appropriate instructions to the 5th respondent to consider to the claim of the petitioner in the light of 5th respondent proposal vide Resolution No. 1 dated 28.06.2021 consequent on the death of his father Thiru S.Ganesan on 28.11.2019 while in Service as Salesman (PDS) is S.191, Konakapady Primary Agricultural Co-operative credit Society Limited, Omalur Taluk, Salem District.
2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that her father Mr.Ganesan was working as Salesman attached to the fifth respondent Society and had passed away on 28.11.2019. Further, the petitioner made an application for grant of her appointment on compassionate ground on 02.01.2020 and subsequently, a resolution was passed by the fifth respondent Society on 28.06.2021 proposing the appointment of the petitioner and the same was forwarded to the third respondent. It is her grievance that the proposal has not been considered till 2/4
date. Hence, this writ petition.

Since, the prayer is limited seeking for a direction, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2020 as well as the Resolution proposal forwarded to the third respondent dated 28.06.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order
4. With these directions, this writ petition stands stands disposed of. No costs.
