ORDER

Though the writ petitioner has sought for a larger relief in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted the prayer by pleading that it is suffice to issue a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.06.2016.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondents requested time for filing counter, this Court is of the view that since the representation submitted by the writ petitioner is pending for about one year and since the learned counsel for the writ petitioner restricted the prayer, it would suffice that a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent.

3. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

with the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
