O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.217 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Ponneri, Tiruvallur District.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 07.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Ponneri, Tiruvallur District to state as to how long she requires to dispose of O.S.No.217 of 2017.

3. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Ponneri, Tiruvallur District has sent a report stating that along with the suit, I.A.No.678 of 2017 is filed seeking for injunction. I.A.No.500 of 2018 is filed seeking for rejection of unregistered sale agreement dated 09.05.1996. One E.Mageshkumar filed I.A.No.826 of 2018 seeking for impleading him as 4th defendant in the suit. The report further states that one E.Thamilarasan 2/4

filed an impleading petition to implead him as 3rd defendant in the suit. All the above four I.As. are pending and have been listed on 10.01.2025. Therefore, the learned Trial Judge requests three months time to dispose of the said suit.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Ponneri, Tiruvallur District to dispose of O.S.No.217 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
