The learned counsel appearing for the respondent police submitted that this petition has been filed for transferring the case in C.C.No.220 of 2010 pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramnad to Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chengalpet and that the same has already been transferred administratively by the investigating agency and hence this application has become infructuous.
