This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9534 of 2023 on 14.06.2023 to stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Dharmapuri Town Police Station every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
