This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report as expeditiously as possible in Crime No.314 of 2016 dated 09.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-State.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.314 of 2016 on 09.05.2016 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC against one Rajkumar.

4.
