This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12911 of 2022 on 01.06.2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Nagapattinam Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
