O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property pursuant to the order dated 26.06.1995 and the subsequent order dated 11.09.2015 after following the procedure contemplated under Section 25 of the Pondicherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972.

2. Heard Mr.Prakash Adiapadam, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.R.Sreedharan, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right for execution of sale deed in his favour pursuant to the orders dated 26.06.1995 and 11.09.2015. The petitioner submitted a representation in this regard to the respondents on 06.06.2025 and it did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, more particularly, the approval accorded by the first respondent through orders dated 26.06.1995 and 11.09.2015, there shall be a direction to the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and take a decision within a period of six
