When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced order passed by the first respondent dated 02.09.2024 complying the direction given in W.P. No.23424 of 2021. Since the first respondent has already passed an order it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The first respondent is directed to communicate the order to the petitioner within two weeks from today.
