ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is a friend of the detenue, seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for the production of the detenue - R.Sathya @ Sathyakala before this court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is convinced that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anybody.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also stated that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anybody.

4. In fact, the detenue is stated to have appeared before the police along with her parents and given a statement to that effect.

5. Thus, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
