The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 907 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The respondent though served has not entered appearance. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. However, the claimants are not entitled to any interest for the said period, i.e., 907 days.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
