Both learned counsel concur on the position that there has been no compliance by the petitioner of the direction in order dated 25.08.2022.

2. Learned Judge has, in the aforesaid order, granted the respondents liberty to issue fresh notice for auctioning of movable and immovable property in case of noncompliance.

3. Such liberty may well be exercised now in view of the noncompliance. 4.
