] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 263 days in preferring this appeal against the judgment dated 28.08.2023 in S.C.No.11 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
