ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to modify the condition, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1197 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026 by the Judicial Magistrate Court-I, Tambaram permitting the petitioner to furnish one blood 1/3

Surety of the petitioner's friends or Co-workers instead of the Petitioner to furnish two sureties and one blood surety.

2. Considering the nature of submission made that the parents of the petitioner have died and sisters and other relatives are estranged , the petitioner is not in a position to furnish a blood surety and considering the fact that even though bail is granted bail on 20.05.2026, the petitioner is still in prison, I am of the view that the request of the petitioner can be considered.

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered on the following terms:

The Condition No.1 imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.05.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1197 of 2026 to provide two sureties out of which, one is ordered to be a blood surety alone is modified as follows: "The petitioner shall provide two sureties and shall execute bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each." 29-06-2026 vum Index:No Speaking order To The Inspector of Police, Peekankarani Police Station, Tambaram District Police.
