ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J. ] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person and body of the petitioner's son Sarfraz Nawaz, aged about 32 years, before this court and hand over his custody to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that a case had been registered against the detenu Sarfraz Nawaz, in Crime No.836 of 2016, on the file of the K-7 ICF Police Station and he was remanded by the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai and kept in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
