When the matter is taken up for hearing the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that FIR has been registered against the petitioner.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above fact, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
