ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamas restraining the 1st and 2nd respondents from making any name transfer of the vehicle which are in the name of the petitioner to any other person. The vehicles bear Reg. Nos. TN-88-E-5244 and TN-88-F-0140. 2.On behalf of the 1st respondent, it had been stated that the petitioner herein had withdrawn his objection and records relating to the same had been forwarded. Consequent to withdrawal of the objection by the petitioner, the name had been transferred to the third person. 3.In view of the above statement, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed.
