[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of undated 'original impugned notice' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 3.

Mr. R. Ezhilarasan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioners, adverting to writ support affidavit, submitted that the impugned notice was not served on the writ petitioners and only a copy of the impugned notice was affixed on the door of their premises and hence, the writ petitioners were not able to file the original impugned notice. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of writ support affidavit in W.P.No.22537 of 2025, which reads as follows:

I respectfully submit that the 4th respondent has not served the impugned notice to us, the 4th respondent has pasted the impugned notice on 16.05.2025 in our door through the 5th respondent; therefore, by using the photocopy of the impugned notice; I filed this writ petition before this Hon'ble Court.....'
