Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos. 12627, 12628, 12630 & 12629 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018 in Crime Nos. 59, 58, 56 & 57 of 2011, to report before the respondent police at 10.30 am until further orders. [ IN CRL.MP.NOS.9105 to 95108 of 2018 ] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.E.MONICA VINCENT, [ IN ALL THE PETITIONS ] Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [ IN ALL THE PETITIONS ] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petitions for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.12627 to 12630 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petitions have been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequently, a case was registered by the CB CID, Vellore in Crime No.4 of 2017 and that the petitioner was arrested and granted bail on condition to report before the CB CID, Vellore, daily at 12.00.p.m. She would submit that in compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Vellore, the petitioner has been complying with the condition to appear before the respondent daily at 12.00.p.m and hence, she prayed that the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.12627 to 12630 of 2018 may be modified.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.12627 to 12630 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 5.30.p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
