J., Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that even at the stage of Mediation, the legal heirs have appeared before the Mediator and they have also agreed for settlement based on which Memorandum of Understanding has been arrived at between the parties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have stated no objection in allowing the petitions to implead the proposed legal heirs.

4. Accordingly, both the petitions are ordered as prayed for. 26.10.2022 tsh Note : Registry is directed to carry out suitable amendments in the main case.
