Vide order dated 07.06.2024 made in Crl.A.No.670 of 2024, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of condition insofar as the appearance of the petitioners.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail. She further submitted that, the charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 07.06.2024 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing date without fail.
