COMMON ORDER These Criminal Revision Cases have been filed to set aside the orders dated 27.07.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Athur, Salem in C.M.P.No.188 of 2022, 792 of 2019, 822 of 2017 and 28 of 2016 respectively in M.C.No.1 of 2015 under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had deposited the entire sum pending as against the CMP.No's.188 of 2022, 792 of 2019, 822 of 2017 and 28 of 2016 in M.C.No.1 of 2015, being a sum of Rs.3,94,5000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand Five Hundred Only) on 09.09.2022 vide Receipt No.424518, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2 at Aathur, Salem. He has also filed the memo dated 13.10.2022 to that effect.

3. Since the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Aathur, Salem has been complied with, these Criminal Revision Cases stand dismissed as infructuous. The respondent/wife is at liberty to file a fresh petition for the subsequent arrears, if any.
