Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of A.S.No.35 of 2010 from the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District and transfer the same to any other Court at Kancheepuram District.

Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the Petitioner seeks transfer of Appeal in A.S.No.35 of 2010 pending on the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District alleging that the Appellate Court was forcing the petitioner to compromise and to allow the I.A.No.469 of 2012 in A.S.No.35 of 2010 moved by the respondents. 3.Without in any manner accepting the allegations leveled against the Presiding Officer, this Court would dismiss the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
