ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to absorb the petitioner in the cadre of Non-Technical post by recruitment transfer and appoint him in the post of Junior Assistant or Bill Collector by considering his representations dated 04.06.2018, 12.09.2021 and 13.01.2022 within the time framed by this Court 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
