Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on 30.05.2018 in the bail application in Crl.O.P.No.12613 of 2018 order dated the petitioner shall stay at chennai and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
