This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner to report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.13826 of 2023 on 26.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
