Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent herein to issue Patta in Petitioner name relating to the property situated at Sadayankuppam Village Survey No.332/2 measuring to an extent of 87120.0 Sq.ft, and to pass orders within a time frame limit.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to issue patta in petitioner name relating to the property situated at Sadayankuppam Village Survey No.332/2 measuring to an extent of 87120.0 Sq.ft, and to pass orders within a time frame limit.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
