ORDER
To direct the respondents 2 and 3 to refund a sum of Rs.50,450/- paid by the petitioner towards tuition fee for BHMS Degree Course for the academic year 2007-2008, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

The petitioner claims that before closure of the admission period, she made her claim to the authorities for refund of a sum of Rs.50,450/-, since she was not able to continue her studies. The petitioner also submitted that she made a representation on 5.11.2007, followed by reminders dated 14.2.2008, 3.5.2008 and 28.4.2009, but the same have not been considered so far.

Despite the name printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the first respondent.

Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5.11.2007, followed by reminders dated 14.2.2008, 3.5.2008 and 28.4.2009, if not considered earlier and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
