Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 15.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultra vires. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] (1)After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to approach the 1st respondent / Appellate Authority, by invoking Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. The learned counsel would further add that necessary endorsement to that effect, would be sent to the Registry of this Court through E-Mail.

(2)The Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf the respondents.
