This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.3 on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.811 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26470 of dated 24.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.811 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26470 of dated 24.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
