After hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General, it is now surfaced that the order passed in W.P.No.27145 of 2013, dated 27.02.2017 is not fully complied with by the respondent as on date. Earlier, the contempt petition filed by the petitioner was closed based upon an undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2/4

2. In view of the same, the Sub Application is allowed and Contempt Petition is accordingly re-opened.
