Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent police herein to give police protection for the trees at properties in Survey No.514 to an extent of 2.85 Acres and Survey No.515 to an extent of 6.00 Acres Bagur village,Bagapalli Taraff, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and refraining the respondents from cutting the same in view of the order in I.A.No.686 of 2016 in O.S.No.193 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court at Hosur.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to give police protection to enable the petitioner to cut the trees in the property. 2.This Court has already considered the issue when the second respondent filed Crl.O.P.No.9810 of 2019 before this Court and this Court had directed the respondent police to conduct an enquiry by calling all the parties concerned and thereafter take a decision in accordance with law. 3.In view of the above order, no separate order can be passed in this petition, except to reiterate that the respondent police shall call the parties for an enquiry and give an opportunity of personal hearing and thereafter take a decision in accordance with law.

4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
