2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to take up the main petition for final hearing and hence, the vacate stay petition in Crl.M.P.No.13103 of 2024 is dismissed.

4. List the main Crl.O.P.No.11005 of 2023 for hearing on 22.01.2025.
