This application has been filed to extend the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in the present case, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent even before the learned Arbitrator till date. Hence, he requests this Court to allow this application.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the fact that the respondent had not at all appeared even before the learned Arbitrator till date, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 6 months.
4. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
