This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, at 10.00 a.m, in Crl.O.P.No.11863 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026 in Crime No.100 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.7(a) of the order dated 13.05.2026 made in Crl.O.P. No. 11863 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
