Crl.M.P.Nos.10956, 10958 & 10959 of 2024 in Crl.A.Nos.1365, 1413 & 1429 of M.DHANDAPANI,J These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.33(1) in Crl.M.P.Nos.18650, 10172 & 18887 of 2023 in Crl.A.Nos.1365, 1429 & 1413 of 2023 vide order dated 19.07.2024.

2. As per Section 362 of Cr.P.C.

no Court when it has signed its judgment or final order disposing of a case, shall alter or review the same except to correct a clerical or arithmetical error.

3. In view of the above provision, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. Post the main appeals as per seriatum.
