ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No. 52 of 2011 and to issue non-traceable certificate to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, Mr.S.Karthikeyan, Inspector of Police, Chinnasalem Circle, Kallakkurichi Taluk, Villupuram District, is present.

4. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.52 of 2011 was completed and the case was closed as "undetected" and copy of the closure report is also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
