ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 12407 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 12407 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
