ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent 1 & 2 to pay the land value cum compensation as per the prevailing rate and get the sale deed executed in their favour within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
