This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioners complaint dated 02.09.2020 vide CSR No.312 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.09.2020 a case in Crime No.829 of 2021 has been registered on 27.10.2021 in Abiramapuram Police Station, Mylapore for the offences under Section 420, 465 and 468 of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition stands closed.
