Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner on 09.11.2020 in Crl.OP.NO.17575 of 2020 that the Petitioner in the event of his arrest shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 am until further orders. The petitioners shall not enter into the Jurisdiction of the Respondent in connection with the Crime No.2613/2020 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent-Police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.REBECCA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17575 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17575 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
