This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 395 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 20.04.2022 made in S.S.C. No.7 of 2018 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge under POCSO Act, Puducherry.
2. Mr. S. Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
