The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in D.O.No.819/08 in C.No.A2/14824/2008 dated 2.7.2008 and quash the same. 2.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect: "Close the matter as infructuous.
