properties and it is also followed by a written representation dated 21.07.2016 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of M/s.E.Thamizhannai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Suryanarayanan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 11.07.2016 as well as the representation dated 21.07.2016 in accordance with law after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
