Crl.M.P.No.11333 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.36122 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 469 days in preferring the above revision.

2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor served notice to the respondent through the jurisdictional police. Today, the respondent name is also printed in the cause list but there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through her counsel. It is seen that the respondent has got no serious objection in condoning the delay.

3.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
