Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025.

ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025. On a perusal of the said representation, it can be seen that, it is in the nature of a complaint relating to job racketing presented to the Inspector of Police, D-1, Triplicane Police Station.

The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit the same is taken as a petition and after conduct a preliminary enquiry, due call will be taken in accordance with law.

It is needless to mention that after the preliminary enquiry, if any prima facie case is made out, due proceedings will be taken in accordance with law. Even if the respondent police feels that the jurisdiction will be of some other unit, accordingly, the petitioner will be advised. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
