This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking interference of summon issued by the respondent, the Assistant Commissioner of Police - II, Central Crime Branch, Tambaram Commissionerate, Sholinganallur, Chennai - 600 119, on 12.07.2023.

2.The issue raised in this Criminal Original Petition has become otiose, consequent to the fact that the respondent have now registered the First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2023 under Sections 465, 406 and 420 IPC.
